Kieron Heath, Chief Executive of Access! has many years' experience in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations and General Management both in public and private limited companies. Following 10 years in management with Delta Air Lines, he subsequently established a successful private limited company providing a full range of Marketing and International Representation services for travel industry clients including Howard Johnson Hotels, Preferred Hotels and Thrifty Car Rental as well as tourism industry clients including South Carolina, Illinois, Louisiana, Palm Beach County and New Orleans.

Aside from the business world, Kieron Heath has also lectured on aviation, travel and tourism as well as delivering guest lectures on Business Strategy and Marketing to UK and US undergraduate and postgraduate students at Cranfield University and Johnson-Wales University, Charleston South Carolina. Kieron is currently studying in his leisure time for a Masters Degree in Air Transport Management with particular reference to the impact of international tourism development on the growth in leisure air travel.
